In a significant move towards smart mobility and digital transformation, Mumbai Airport (CSMIA) has implemented an automated digital payment system for seamless entry and exit at the Multi-Level Car Parking (MLCP) facility. This cashless payment solution enhances user convenience by reducing wait times and offering a hassle-free parking experience.
Aligned with the Government of India’s ‘Digital India’ initiative, CSMIA’s cashless parking system allows passengers to make payments using multiple digital options, including mobile wallets, debit/credit cards, UPI, and other online payment methods. To further streamline the process, all customer lanes at the MLCP are equipped with FASTag-enabled counters, ensuring quicker access and exit. FASTag users can enjoy a fully automated parking experience, eliminating the need for manual transactions or receipt collection.
This advanced digital parking system reflects CSMIA’s commitment to enhancing passenger convenience through technology-driven solutions, reinforcing Mumbai Airport’s position as a leader in smart mobility initiatives.
